Taking Care of Your Toonz

Thank you for your purchase! Your Toonz piece is delicate and therefore requires care and attention. We recommend the following precautions:

• Avoid exposure to fragrance, soap, chemicals or cosmetics, as these might affect its colour and form.
• It is best to wait until fragrances and cosmetics have dried completely before wearing your jewelry.
• Avoid exposure to water (fresh, chlorinated or salt) or to high temperatures (such as prolonged sun exposure).
• Avoid wearing your Toonz piece when performing any activities where they could be knocked or come into contact with harmful substances.
• Avoid storing your Toonz piece with any other jewellery to avoid scratches or any sort of impact to the piece.
• Chains should be closed and laid flat to avoid the formation of knots.
• Avoid dropping your Toonz piece as it can damage (crack, break, chip) the natural stones.

Repairing Your Toonz

Minor repairs are free of charge. However, if there is any damage to stones, a replacement fee will apply. Please contact us for an assessment and pricing details.
