All deliveries are on us with no shipping fees or duties charged to the client.

Each piece is carefully made with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. For made-to-order items, please allow 6-8 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

We do have select pieces that are in stock and ready-to-ship within 1-2 weeks.

International Delivery Times & Costs

Currently all international deliveries are handled on a order by order basis. Take a look through our list of retailers to see if Toonz is stocked in your country. Alternatively, you may contact us for a direct, hassle free delivery to you.

Refund and Returns Policy

You have up to 14 business days after receiving your online order to submit a return request. Our in-house team will assess your request based on return eligibility.

Worn pieces are ineligible for return or exchange.
Any slight damage to a piece makes it ineligible for return or exchange.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All returns must meet our quality standards before approval.

How to request a return?

1. Email Toonz to request a return

Email sales@toonzbyaysh.com and please Include:

  • Order number which can be found in online order confirmation email or under your account in “Your Orders” section.
  • Reason for return.

You have up to 14 business days after receiving your online order to submit your return request. Our in house team will assess the request (based on return eligibility).

2. Prepare your return parcel

Include all original packaging and materials. Our carrier will pick up your package at a date and time that suits you directly at the address mentioned when you requested a return by mail.

3. Receive your refund

Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund of your online order will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund.

As a reminder, any personalized jewellery (engraving) can not be the subject of a refund or an exchange. To avoid any issues, a request for engraving can be made after the purchase.
